Diasend SOFT

Diasend SOFT is a service designed for you with diabetes who want to get a better overview of your glucose values and insulin pump dosages. By linking your glucose meter and / or insulin pump to your computer, you can independently transmit information to Diasend.com. At home you are able to obtain an overview of your values at Diasend.com. You can also share your information with your health professional!

To use Diasend SOFT requires: Specific PC applications that you receive from the vendor of your meter / pump, cable connection to your meter, internet connection.
