What are the requirements for using Diasend?

Specific PC applications that you receive from the vendor of your meter / pump, cable connection to your meter and internet connection.

We use a glucose meter or insulin pump that is not compatible with Diasend; is there any way around this?

–We are continuously working to provide support for additional devices. Please contact us if you have an enquiry about your particular model.

Can I delete/correct incorrect readings that have been transmitted from my glucose meter/insulin pump? For example, readings that have been saved with the wrong date.

–No, for security reasons we only present the information that was stored on the glucose meter or insulin pump. Instead we encourage users to regularly check the time and date settings on their glucose meters and insulin pumps.

–An error lamp on the transmitter will flash to show that the GSM mobile signal is weak.

Will my transmitter still work when I go abroad?

–Yes, Diasend works anywhere that you have access to the GSM mobile network.

However, for safety’s sake we recommend that you contact us, before you depart, for specific information about your destination.
