Diasend Personal is a service designed for you with diabetes who wants to get a better overview of your glucose values and insulin pump dosages. In order to transmit data to your Diasend Personal account you need the transmission tool Diasend Uploader. By linking your glucose meter and / or insulin pump to your computer, you can transmit information to Diasend.com. At home you are able to see the results online through graphs, tables and statistics at www.diasend.com.
If your clinic is using Diasend you can easily share your information to your doctor/nurse. You will need your clinics “Diasend Clinic-ID” in order to share your data.
